I don’t believe healing has to be complicated or mystical. I work with others to slow down, breathe, and find their way back to themselves — one simple, kind moment at a time.

Our work together isn’t about “fixing” you; they’re about remembering how to feel safe in your own skin again, learning to listen to what your body and heart already know, and letting peace take root naturally.
