Life can be chaotic and stressful, specially if you are feeling overwhelmed with  emotional energy that can hinder everyday life. Feelings of being stuck, disconnected and lost can even make you feel that you’er not in your body.  Just on auto pilot.  Also, having past trauma energy stuck in your body can cause feelings of hopelessness and not enough.  We go through so much as humans!  

 So what do you want to change today?  

This Integrative Energy Work To The Path Within session will be intuitively guided from the Divine.  I will be pulling from different modalities that I have certification in which will assist you with the healing of your emotional, physical  and energy body and Soul as a whole.  You will also learn techniques and given tools to calm and ground yourself so you can become more connected to your Authentic Self.  

All we are is change and all we are is always changing! And you have everything already within you to change so let's take this healing journey together by me supporting you and holding space so you can find YOU, love YOU, be YOU and JUST BE the amazing Soul you are!

WOMEN'S ONLY WORKSHOP: Come have an ESCSTATIC energy flow and movement experience with us and make your soul happy and yourself shine!
This workshop's intention is to get you connected to your soul and yourself.  Through free flowing movement of our bodies we will let the ESCSTATIC energy flow and raise your vibration, the vibration of the group, to really feel your body and feed your soul. Also with doing this, we will release what doesn't serve us anymore.  
We will be doing slow and gentle guided movement at first as you listen and feel the music.  Then as you really feel the music then you will free flow your body the way is wants to move.  
Outline of workshop:* Meet and greet* Guided heart meditation and energy flow and connecting * 30 mins of feeling and free flowing movement to the music* 15 mins cool down with laying on yoga mats       and I will going around doing energy work on everyone as you rest.
Limited to 8 women per class.  Please call or email to find out dates and reserve your spot.
Feel free to bring a yoga mats (we do have yoga mats here if you don't have one), wear comfortable and easy to move in clothes, and a water bottle.
If you would like to bring a lunch,   we will have some get to know each other time after the workshop :)

Usui/Holy Fire Reiki is a beautiful blend of traditional Usui Reiki and a modern evolution of Reiki, Holy Fire Reiki.  It is both powerful and gentle.  Provides purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.  Other benefits of Reiki are reduced pain, nausea, anxiety, and improved sleep.  This energy healing technique is natural and non-invasive that channels and focuses life-force energy through light touch, facilitating the healing process.

45-60 mins $75.00

Sometimes we need a little extra support and kindness.  Having someone pray with you, just being present with you in silent prayer and/or praying for you can be such a beautiful way to have the extra support and kindness met.  It can also be beneficial is so many ways in you and your life.

Once a week someone will be at our office location.  If you see the sign out, a prayer companion is there.  You can reach out to us too to find out the day we will be there that week.  If you would like for us to come to you, feel free to contact us for more info.
